Share your thoughts - Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility customer satisfaction survey

The Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility is encouraging previous visitors, local residents, and suppliers to share feedback on their experiences of the Facility with the 2025 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.  

The annual survey provides an opportunity for the Facility’s team to listen to feedback which will inform future improvements and how the Facility’s team engages with the local community.

Feedback from this survey is important to ensure the Facility remains a valuable resource for Gloucestershire while maintaining transparency and responsiveness.

Melanie de la Torre Zamora, Community Relationship Manager, said: “Hearing from those that have visited us in the last year and understanding what we’re doing well and where we can make improvements is important to us. We work hard to maintain a good relationship with the community and aim to be as transparent as possible. We encourage you to share your thoughts on your experience with us.
