Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility invites feedback to help shape future improvements

The Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility is inviting visitors and customers to participate in its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, providing an opportunity to share their experiences.

As part of its commitment to delivering high-quality services and maintaining a strong relationship with the community, the Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility welcomes feedback from those who interact with the site.

The survey aims to gather views on customer service, communication, site operations, environmental performance and overall satisfaction, helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Melanie De La Torre Zamora, Community Relationship Manager at Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility, said: "It’s important for us to hear from our visitors to understand the areas we’re doing well in and the areas we can enhance. We are committed to continuously improving and maintaining our high standards. We encourage everyone who has engaged with our facility to take a few minutes to share their views."

The survey will be open from 3 November to 10 December 2026 and can be completed online at http://forms.office.com/e/APLrXJPbCR
