2024 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
/The Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility has launched its 2024 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, inviting feedback from local residents, suppliers, visitors, Councillors, and others. This survey is an important opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences, helping the Facility continue to improve its operations and the way it communicates with the community. Your input plays an important role in shaping the Facility's future, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for Gloucestershire while maintaining transparency and responsiveness.
The survey is available online for convenience, and a downloadable paper version is also provided for those who prefer it. Paper copies are also available on request and can be sent by post or collected from our facility. Please contact us to arrange.
