Notice of Environment Agency Public Consultation: Javelin Park Energy from Waste Facility

Urbaser Environmental Limited has submitted its environmental permit application to run the proposed energy-from-waste facility at Javelin Park, Haresfield.

The public is invited to comment on this application through the Environment Agency’s public consultation, which will run from Friday 18th May until Friday 6th July 2012. There are several ways you can do this:

Come along to one of the two drop in sessions. Environment Agency staff will be available to discuss any concerns and questions on a first come first served basis. If you can’t make the drop in sessions you can view and make your comments on the application from 18th May on the e-consultation webpage at https://consult.environment-agency.gov.uk/portal (the consultation will not appear in the list until 18 May).
