Take part in the Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility’s Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021
/The Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility has released its 2021 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey allows local residents, suppliers, visitors and anyone with an interest the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience of the Facility and communications from Urbaser Balfour Beatty as the contractor.
Due to COVID-19, the Facility has been unable to host visitors for the past year, however, the survey also invites responses about Urbaser’s Facebook Group, the newsletter and virtual presentations.
This year’s survey can be completed online, or you can download a paper copy. If you are planning to complete the paper copy, please send your documents to:
