Visit Forms

To ensure that your visit to Gloucestershire Energy from Waste goes smoothly we ask everyone over the age of 18 to complete an acceptance form. It contains details of the visit, clothing requirements and a risk assessment. Failure to complete this form up to 48 hours before your visit may mean that you cannot attend. If you have any issues, please contact us.

There are unique acceptance forms for different types of visit, please ensure that you fill out the correct form. If you are the organiser for multiple attendees, please make sure that you have sent the email with the link that brought you to this page to all adult attendees, as we require all visitor’s details and that they complete the form themselves (please do not fill out a form for someone else).
